Her journey commenced in the European dynamic landscape, where she developed her skills in project management, specialising in cost control and scheduling. As her career evolved, Stephanie seamlessly in parallel transitioned to shaping organisational structures for large corporations, developing a keen insight into the crucial role of processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in driving enterprise performance.
Returning to her homeland Gabon, Stephanie made significant contributions to one of the largest governmental agencies, engaging with government authorities, international organisations, and businesses of different scales. Similar struggles were observed in her consultancy work in Rwanda, particularly with SMEs.
